Horse and Hound Magazine ranks Classic Opera in their top 12 stallions in the UK

The Gemini Stud were delighted that Horse and Hound magazine ranked their graded stallion Classic Opera as one of their top 12 stallions in the UK.

Classic Opera featured in their top 12 alongside some interesting dressage and Show Jumping sires also based in the UK. He was the only sire who had appeared in the Horse of the Year Show Cuddy In Hand Final and to have a full brother who is an Advanced Eventer.

The Classic Composer full brother to the Gemini Stallion Classic Opera is now B.E. Advanced

Delighted for Lisa Freckingham (rider) and Steve Revell (owner) that The Classic Composer who is full brother to the Gemini Stallion Classic Opera has now gone Advanced in B.E. points. Lisa and The Classic Composer started off their 2019 season with a 4th place in the I.N. at Lincoln Horse Trials. The pair led the dressage and were the only pair to do a test in the 20’s in their section.

The Classic Composer now heads for Burnham Market horse Trials with a view to doing a CCI4* later this year.

2018 New Foals - Meet Classic Opera and The Classic Composer’s new half brother

Meet the new half brother to Gemini's Stallion Classic Opera and the intermediate eventer The Classic Composer. Out of Weltmusik, who was the highest ranked broodmare for dressage in Great Britain in 2007, under the BEF Broodmare Rankings, and a Hanoverian Elite Graded mare herself. This 2018 colt foal is by the young SJ Stallion Comfort. Comfort was Reserve Champion Stallion at the Oldenburg Licensing at Vechta. This colt foal will be black and is expected to be 16.2hh. His dam is the dam of a Licensed Stallion, a HOYS Cuddy Finalist, and the Intermediate Eventer The Classic Composer who has 53 BE points as an 8 year old.
